Emily interviewed with me and bailed on me twice citing reasons like car issues. Eventually she said she found a permanent job. Emily highly inconvenienced me Because I had stopped my search and let go of other applications. She also never had any intentions of taking the job in the first place. People like Emily keep babysitting as a backup way to make money and don’t care about parents and their situations. I would never hire her again.
