About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, I am 25 years old, and have been working with kids for over 8 years! I am about to graduate with my bachelors in Psychology, and a minor in criminl justice. I am passionate about creating an environment of learning, as well as fun (I like to consider myself a master fort builder). I bring a unique background of academic knowledge + hands-on experience. With experiences such as being a teacher at a child development center, being a nanny for an 11m old boy & 2yr old girl, for a 1yr old girl + 3yr old girl, & providing child care for kids with disabilities to name a few. My caregiving style is rooted in empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of children's individual needs + developmental stages. With a bubbly personality, a nurturing demeanor, & a passion for being outdoors and getting kids active, I would love to provide exceptional care and support for your family!
