About Emily

I am really great at supporting families. I offer a positive, grounded, nourishing support for (whole) families through meal planning/prep, childcare, prenatal/postpartum doula services, yoga/breath support. I love working with kids. I hold my BA in education and I'm a former Montessori preschool teacher. I've worked with kids in various ways: private and public education, nannying, mentoring, literacy enrichment programs, tutoring, kids yoga and creating curriculum. I love supporting a child's development into a confident, flourishing self. My skills include 1. deep presence and attunement to the child and the whole family unit, 2. creating a peaceful and enriching environment and 3. preparing healthy and delicious meals and snacks. I also teach yoga and breathwork, enjoy nature, read, sauna, cook, hike, travel, spend time with friends and my beloved. I believe caretakers and educators are a deeply valuable asset to the foundation of our community.
