About Elsie

I have several years of experience in a home daycare setting, worked for a year as a Lead Teacher in toddler classroom at Bellevue College ELC and I've been a nanny for 4 years. I'm bilingual (Spanish/English) I have a BA in Early Childhood and Family Studies: Teaching and Learning from UW. I can help with transportation, errands, meal/snack prep, cleaning, and am great with pets. I'm great with all ages and love to be outdoors, reading a book, doing arts/crafts, leading singing and dancing activities, and I have a lot of experience creating activities that fit the needs of each child and their learning/development. I work in partnership with parents to make sure your child(ren) are receiving the best care possible. Respect for one another is very important for me as well. I'm looking for extra part-time work and can support date nights in the evening and anytime on the weekends. My rate begins at 25/hr and varies on age and # of children as well as additional support in cleaning, etc.
