About Nancy

Update: currently available for occasional evening/weekends only Hi, I'm Nancy, a married mom to two young adults, and one teenager still at home. I am looking to partner with another local family to help them along their own parenting journey. My hours/availability are negotiable. I have several years of experience as a nanny, including three years with a nonverbal child with ASD. I have also taught recreational gymnastics to children from toddler/preschoolers through teens, and served as a volunteer Elementary Art Docent for four years. My goal as a nanny is to provide consistent, age-appropriate boundaries and expectations, and then support children as they explore their world and their place in it. Depending on the age of the children, a typical day with me might include art projects, library visits, reading, learning through play and practical activities, as well as periods for rest and independent activity. Watching them bloom and grow through each stage is the best!
