Ellen has been taking care of our twins (b/g) since we had to return to work when they turned 3 months old (they are almost 8 months now). She is very kind and calm with the babies, who we can tell really like being with her. Everyday when she arrives at our place and they hear her voice they start smiling. She is trustworthy, always on time, keeps us posted on what is going on with the babies throughout the day, and sends the cutest pictures of them. She often brings up ideas on how to help the babies, follows our requests on how to structure their activities, and lets us know of things she realized work better for each of the babies. The only reason we are parting ways is because we are relocating, the four of us will miss her very much!
