About Edward

I started caring for seniors in 2021 after caring for a family member that was in need. Up until then, I was a private security officer in a hospital emergency room for 10 years. Quickly I found out with my family member that I was pretty good at it, so I stuck with it. After my family member got well; I started to work private duty for a retired surgeon. We built a great camaraderie during my three years with him. I take my jobs seriously and have great references. I do have some minor experience with repairing things in the home and yard if need be. I have done a lot of assisting seniors with tasks such as bathing, going to doctors office visits and cooking all sorts of meals. I don't mind helping keep the house clean and organized. These things come easy for me. I am in excellent health and don't get sick often. My specialties of care include: Parkinson's disease, dementia, and Alzheimer's.
