We hired Doris to help with the care of our 2 year old daughter as a nanny. She is unmotivated, minimal engagement with our child and does not communicate well. She does not respond well to feedback, after two weeks she was given pointers on ways she could improved and she quit. Per our contract a two week notice was supposed to be given. She gave us 5 days in which we told her to leave after the hour of her notice. I would not hire her again as I expected a more mature response from an adult. We was very punctual but I do not think that makes up for lack of care.
