Donna helped me with transportation for cataract surgery and the follow-up exam the next day. My first care giver became ill and canceled, so I was stressed at having to find another helper. I reached out to Donna, and she responded right away saying she could help. She was extremely reliable, flexible (able to accommodate an earlier time for follow-up exam), and reassuring. She’s also a delightful person. She gave me so much peace of mind.
