About Dominique

Hi! I have been honored to work with children for almost 14 years and tutored children/peers for the past 8 years. During my years of leadership, I have found that helping children learn to grow and evolve has helped me grow and evolve as well. The goal for understanding and communicating effectively while interacting with students and families are to utilize a plethora of skills. These skills include active listening, patience, creativity, leadership, time management, etc. I find these most effective because it provides a certain level of guidance for students to learn in the most attentive way. Furthermore, it provides respectable suggestions for parents to encourage creative learning ways to their children outside the classroom.
