Diane cared for our son (2.5) and another child during the 2020-2021 academic year. I cannot emphasize enough how much we appreciated her during such a stressful and unpredictable time. Her dependability and flexibility were invaluable as our families navigated the uncertainties of COVID-19. She ensured our children's days were safe, educational, and fun! During their time with Diane each child was working toward very different developmental milestones and have different personalities. I appreciated that Diane actively worked to meet each child's unique social, emotional, and developmental needs and that she genuinely cared about their well being then, and for the future. Diane is a rare find in a caregiver and I was genuinely sad when our time with her came to an end.
