About Diana

Diana was our daughter’s nanny from November 2022 until August 2033. We adore her and only parted ways because we don’t need child care anymore. Diana is an experienced, trustworthy, thoughtful, communicative, and kind caregiver. Right from the start, Diana was very open to communication with us to understand what we were looking for, talk through our anxieties (as she was the first child care we’d ever hired), and work to maintain the routines we’d set. With our daughter, Diana is kind, loving, and playful while also instilling the values and boundaries that are important to us (ex. manners, staying at the table until everyone is done eating, etc.) Diana has been the perfect mix of communicative and collaborative. When we’ve had something to deal with with our daughter (illness, changing behavior, etc) Diana has been proactive in bringing that to us. She has recommendations and ideas, based on years of experience as both a daycare teacher and then private nanny. But just as much, Diana has been apt to take direction from us on what we’re going to do. Diana is bilingual and speaks mostly in Spanish to our daughter during the day. She plays music, plays with her, reads, and makes sure she has a loving, educational environment. Beyond that, Diana is a kind and funny person - my partner and I genuinely enjoy having her in our home. We highly recommend Diana!
