About Desiray

I have been working with children for 10 years. I have worked in different settings as a infant toddler teacher, childcare director, as well as cared for different age children. I am currently finishing my bachelor's in Child and family development. I plan on using my degree to open up my own childcare center based solely on social/emotional growth. My philosophy is that there is no such thing as a bad child and I believe that it's the environment That affects the child. If we can build an environment that is Efficient and cohesive to the needs of the child it will allow them the ability to feel safe and comfortable to grow socially and emotionally.
