Hello my name is Derrick I'm 21 I'd describe my personality as outgoing patient and persistent I like working with kids because it ensures each day will be a unique adventure. Kids are exciting and very unpredictable nothing matching the energy of a child's enthusiasm I would find myself engaging in different task and activities everyday I'm looking for a job that I can support and make a difference in the kids childhood knowing I contributed to a nice wonderful childhood is so rewarding I started working with kids when I started working with kids two years ago I started at a summer camp with ages 3-12 I was a behavior technician I also worked aftercare with kids at a community center.
