Gloria has been taking care of my kids, currently ages 14 months and 3.5 years, since September (about seven months) and we are very pleased with her work. She is always on time and a great communicator. She is fun and has a lot of energy for the kinds of physical activities my kids love, such as going outside, making forts, etc. I work from home and overhear a lot - I’ve never heard her lose her patience with my kids, and they are not easy. She has good instincts about my kids’ behavior, helping us identify when they may be sick or need to nap early. Most importantly, she is loving and has formed a deep bond with both kids. They talk about her all the time and wait for her at the window in the morning. Our schedules have changed so we can’t keep her in the fall, but I highly recommend her to another family and would be happy to answer questions about Gloria. She has added so much to our family and we will miss her dearly.
