About Deborah

I'd describe my personality as being patient, understanding and compassionate. Caring for the elderly enables them to not worry about the things they cannot do anymore and celebrate the things that they can, not only supporting them in their care needs, but also providing them with a valued friend and confidant. I started caring for seniors when my father grew ill and I noticed his health was declining so I decided to help him through his journey for two years I was enrolled with ihss program which was amazing beacuse I was able to spend time with my father and learned through his hospice journey how to care for him. In my spare time, I like to cook for family and friends. I enjoy the outdoors a lot from sitting around a fire pit and enjoying a nice coffee outside my porch and looking at the beautiful view nature provides for us. My skills include patience, professionalism, empathy, flexibility, communication skills, and trustworthiness.
