About Dayana

Hello all, I am so excited to work with you and your family! I love art, fashion and movies! I am an avid crafter and live a very active lifestyle. My friends love me for my imagination, creativity and humor. I have experience both teaching and babysitting children ages 0-13. Working as a children's gymnastics instructor for one year was the perfect Segway into childcare for me. I was given ample tools and knowledge on child development. I am now able to deconstruct what it takes to successfully care for and lead children. Most importantly, I learned that building a personal relationship with each child is the key to forming a healthy connection and building their skills. Safety is my number one priority. Being the lead instructor for classes of over 30 excited gymnasts by myself sharpened my awareness immensely. I value transparency with the families that I work with. I am vaccinated and ready to work.
