I am a Reading Certified Specialist supporting students with phonics, phonemic awareness, fluency, comprehension, and confidence. I'd describe my personality as optimistic, patient, and independent. I like tutoring because working in varied settings, meeting new people and observing different learning experiences keeps yeaching engaging. I'm looking for a job that helps student make connections and increase problem solving practice. I started tutoring when I was young learner always wanting to help others. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, garden, and travel. One thing you should know about me is my belief all learners are capable of greatness and growth with strategic and repetitive practice. My skills include scaffolding, giving directions, and praising.
