Danielle was with us from when our daughter was 3 months old. The biggest things for us when we were looking for a nanny were positive energy, experience, openness and communication skills. Dani has all of these attributes and many more that I think go beyond the normal nanny skill set. She's the person that the other kids (and parents + nannies!) gravitate to on the playground. She's proactive and resourceful, dependable and creative. She is hands-on, flexible in terms of hours and approach, and great at communication. She was our Mary Poppins, and we were sad she couldn't continue to work with us after our cross-country move. I cannot recommend Danielle enough, and it would mean the world to our family to know that she ends up with an amazing family.
