About Daisy

I have over 20 years of experience as a caregiver caring for clients and family members. In fact, it was while providing critical care for my grandmother that I realized I have a passion for caring for the infirmed and elderly. I also cared for my father who suffered from a form a mesothelioma after working for years in construction. I monitored his oxygen and assisted with all of his daily needs at his home, and while on Hospice Care before he passed. My mother has several chronic health issues and I am managing her care including peritoneal dialysis at home. My experience includes caring for patients with diabetes, dialysis needs, supplemental oxygen, A FIB, CHF, hypertension, kidney failure, Pneumonia, asthma nebulizer treatments, Alzheimer's, and other types of dementia. I am experienced in assisting with mobility including walkers and wheelchairs, and I am comfortable with helping to monitor a client's medication and diet. I currently have two clients. I'm looking for more.
