About Crystal

I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I have been around kids my whole like and love being with them! I have always had an innate ability to connect with children and believe working with them is my true purpose in life. I'm looking for a job that has a consistent schedule where I can build a relationship not only with the child/children but also their family! I started working with kids when I was 12 years old! I took a CPR and babysitting course and began sitting for the kids in my neighborhood. I was an elementary school teacher for 10 years and have been working as a private tutor also. In my spare time, I like to workout, read a good book, and spend time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I am caring and reliable! My skills include managing schedules, proper discipline and communication, and providing a safe and nurturing environment.
