I have had many years of experience caring for children and peers with special needs. I have cared for kids with a wide range of abilities, including people with behavioral, emotional and medical needs. I am passionate about caring for everyone, and making sure they are capable of doing the same things as others while providing appropriate accommodations. I spent most of my free time in middle school and high school volunteering in the special education room, and helping out in any ways possible. I also volunteer at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. I have Completed a Certified nursing assistant course through WCTC and will Be attending MSOE's nursing program in the fall!

Our family was lucky to have Katie are our childcare provider for the last two years. We are thrilled that she is going to college but so sad to loose a member of our family. She loved our children and was the best care provider ever. My son had diabetes and she took classes to learn to take care of him and she did a wonderful job. We would hire her back in a minute!
