Hi there, My name is Vian and I am a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. I have experience helping children develop gross and fine motor skills through therapeutic neurodevelopmental, rhythmic, and reflexive movement patterns. I like to use a DIR/Floortime model to promote the development of symbolic thinking and affective interactions. I also enjoy working on social-emotional development and teaching children how to identify their emotions to improve self-regulation. I also have experience with children with food aversion/picky eating challenges. Prior to being a COTA, I had years of experience working in the childhood development field as a teacher assistant, handwriting tutor, nanny to twins, and one-on-one classroom support for children with special needs. When I nanny children, I enjoy creating a fun schedule full of learning opportunities while ensuring safety and promoting a healthy development. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.

Vian's level of experience is a rare find - especially in these uncertain times as most of us worry that virtual learning could set our kids back developmentally. You can tell she is passionate about the work dedicated to providing excellent care and love for your children. Our family instantly trusted her and felt at ease when she visited with us. Our kids also really gravitated to her and we knew she would be an excellent nanny.

YuYu was a great babysitter! We honestly hit the jackpot in meeting her. She was a great babysitter as well as personal assistant to my wife. She was punctual, communicative, thorough, responsible and creative. She was with us for about 8 months plus until we had to relocate. We have three kids - a kindergarten, a toddler and infant, she did great with them. My kids love her so much. she was even working 7 days a week sometimes if we needed her. I do really Thank for her flexibility and love for my kids. She would schedule activities for them and very hands on. She was very helpful with dishes and the laundry. She was also a very good cook and cooked very well to us. We are going to miss her and highly recommend her!
