About Christy

Hi! I'm Christy, for the last 30 years I've been a successful professional artist, writer and photographer. I've contributed to books and magazines and even cowritten my own mixed-media art book. I've taught both domestically and internationally, work with aspiring artists and creative folks one on one and teach group paint parties as well. I'm committed to showing that the process of art is the most beneficial - and scientifically proven to help our moods. Everyone is creative and I'm skilled at finding the unique ways to reach each person as an individual and not just find it, but enhance it. I believe we attract the people we are meant to help and learn from in our lives. I'm looking for clients that are excited to learn about the magic of creating with different mediums, who want to value the process versus the product. My gentle + fun approach helps everyone to embrace their creative self as we explore traditional and untraditional art materials.
