About Chloe

Hello, my name is Chloe. and I've been working in childcare pretty much my whole life! It first started when my older family members would assign me with the task of watching my younger cousins at the family gatherings, something I'd hated at first but soon grown to love. Throughout my years growing up, I then didn't even need to be assigned with the task but I just got used to being around those same younger cousins and having then under my supervision. Today, I now work as an Behavioral Technician. Where I work with Autistic children and use positive/negative reinforcement to help alter their behavior in situations where they don't know what behavior to resort to. I'm also an full-time student as The Chicago School of Professional Psychology who majors in General Psychology (but soon may switch over to Child Developmental Psychology).
