I was an aupair in my last year I'm now working in a preschool and I've been working with kids for a long time now that it's like we're friends. I understand the need for safety for kids and I love and care for all children and I'm always there to protect and make sure as much as they are protected they learn something new. I love to work with parents and ask for their preferences when it comes to how to handle some situations with kids like discipline and routine. I'm very flexible and professional I love communicating I'm also a quick decision maker if need be but I always make sure to communicate in every situation.
