I'd describe my personality as loving, responsible, and patient I like working with kids because I love to see them grow and progress, while also achieving their goals and discovering who they are. It's the best feeling in the world. I'm looking for a job that allows and encourages me to be the best version of myself and an environment where I can build a wholesome relationship with both the children and their families. I started working with kids at 19 as a co-teacher for Dayton Children's Hospital, now I'm going on 22 and I'm a lead teacher for Dayton Children's Hospital and a License substitute teacher. In my spare time, I like to read and write, exercise, dance, and spend a lot of time hiking and exploring nature One thing you should know about me is That I don't accept "I can't" As an answer and that I will Motivate their child to do and be the best version of themselves My skills include Active listening, Decision making, and compassionate AFTER SCHOOL CARE/ Weekend
