About Cassey

Hello, my name is Cassey , and I am a highly effective elementary school teacher with experience teaching math intervention, fifth, third, and first grade all in the Walled Lake Consolidated School District. I have my Bachelor's Degree in both Mathematics and Elementary Education from Grand Valley State University. I have worked with students through math intervention and tutoring in grades k-8, and also have experience working with students in an Emotionally Impaired program. The most important part of my job is creating strong relationships with my students, which then allows me to inspire and encourage my students to push themselves farther in their learning, because of the mutual trust and respect that I develop with them.
