Our family is happy to provide our strongest recommendation for Cassie K., who we had the absolute pleasure of getting to know when she worked as our full time nanny between October 2022 to July 2023. She is by far one of the most outstanding people we have ever gotten to know and we could not possibly say enough good things about our time with her. Cassie is incredibly calm, competent, kind, and caring. We both work full-time with intense, often unpredictable schedules. We hired Cassie to take care of our son, who was then three months old. At the time, our baby was extremely colicky - crying for multiple hours per day and barely sleeping unless he was held in someone's arms. Cassie was able to step in from the first day she was with him and calmly and competently cared for an incredibly fussy newborn as if he were her own. We never felt stressed about going to work for long 10-12 hour days knowing that Cassie was home taking such excellent care of our son. Cassie is also unbelievably mature, dependable, and professional. We have her come at 6 AM every day since we both start work so early, and she has never once been late this entire year. She has been flexible with her hours when our schedules have needed flexibility. She has truly become a part of our family - our son grins every single morning when he sees her and he absolutely loves spending time with her. She is sweet, patient, gentle, calm, and so kind when interacting with him on a day-to-day basis. As he has grown, she has been involved in helping us create and follow a daytime and sleep schedule, introducing solids, and helping him reach all of his milestones. We are obviously very sad that Cassie is leaving for a new city, but we know that she will continue to thrive wherever she is. Whatever family is lucky enough to hire her will not be more pleased with their decision. In summary, Cassie is an amazing person and an even more incredible nanny and we have been so unbelievably lucky this year to have her taking care of our child.
