Mercedez is a delight! She took care of our 3 month old and was amazing to work with, you won't regret it. She's all the things you could want in a nanny: kind, dependable, flexible, knowledgeable and communicative. She sleep trained our 4 month old, something we wanted to do but had trouble with ourselves. Could not speak more highly of her!
