First two of my own, then I spent 7 years as a personal care assistant with people of all ages before returning back to my little ones. I have known Carmen Z. for the past 10 and a half years. She has worked for me as a housekeeper and babysitter. She was responsible for cleaning my house, doing the laundry and taking care of my three children. She was also responsible for carpooling and driving my children to activities. She was prompt and hardly ever asked for a day off. If she needed one she tried to make it work with my schedule. Carmen is a responsible woman who takes instruction and does what is expected from her. Her rapport with my children was excellent. I highly recommend Carmen for any position which requires her skills.
