About Calista

I have always loved working with children, but have never been a full time caretaker. I have experience watching children from ages 0-6, and have taken on short time childcare positions for date nights and work days. I do not currently hold a position in childcare, but wish to pursue a full time role in the field. I have my undergraduate degree in art, and a minor in biomedical science, and I am currently looking into becoming a midwife or doula, as I am passionate about giving pregnant people the guidance and education they need to make labor and pregnancy as comfortable as possible. Becoming a nanny would allow me to gather experience working closely with children and parents while learning new household dynamics. My schedule will be completely open and flexible as I plan on resigning from my current employment and shifting into work I am passionate about.
