About Caitlyn

Hello! I moved to Charlotte after obtaining my B. S. in Psychology and plan to go back to school for my masters. I come from a very tight knit family and have spent my whole life taking care of my younger sibling and nieces/nephews. I'm very interactive and am good at sticking to routines. I look forward to new opportunities and am willing to answer any questions you may have! :) \n\nI'd describe my personality as empathetic, amicable and creative. \n\nI like working with kids because I was the 2nd youngest of my generation, so I ended up becoming the designated babysitter for their kids. It's like a second nature to me and I enjoy making a difference in the way kids view themselves and the world around them. \n\nIn my spare time, I like to read and travel. I'm from the mountains so I enjoy going home as much as I can to spend in the outdoors.
