Initial video interview went well. Scheduled a paid in-person meeting and she was a no show. Called and texted to confirm she was still coming, and she called back 15 minutes into our scheduled time saying she was having car issues and would like to reschedule. Followed-up shortly after to reschedule and she canceled. Unprofessional, poor communication, no show.
