About Brooke

Hi, I have 18 years of experience working in geriatrics. I gained most of my experience in nursing home facilities. 10 years ago, I had the opportunity to care for my grandfather, who had ALS. He chose to pass away peacefully in his home. Since then, I have started my journey helping other families be able to stay independent in their own homes. I'm very knowledgeable in dementia and alzheimer's care. I can share many references of past and current families I have taken care of over the years. I also have hospice care. I am a CNA, CPR certified, and hold a BMT certificate and certificates in dementia care. Over the years, I have worked with PT and OT in homes with patients who have broken hips, arms, and shoulders.
