I have completed the LIFESPAN/St. John Fisher College Certificate Program in Gerontology.

Shauna helped with my 88 yr old mother with Alzheimer's for almost 2 years. She is extremely kind, patient, and thoughtful. She was always prepared with activities to entertain my mother, be it games, music, puzzles, crafts, etc. I knew I could always count on Shauna as she never missed a day. If she had a conflict due to an appointment, she would always let me know days/weeks in advance. On the rare chance she would be a few minutes late, she always texted to let me know she was stuck in traffic or delayed due to weather. I highly recommend Shauna as her care for the elderly is second-to-none!
