About Brittney

My name is Brittney, and I am a local children's author and friend of the Brooklyn community. As a children's media founder, a graduate of the University of Washington's School of Public Health and a former child development researcher, I have a deep understanding of how impactful early life moments are to an individual's lifelong well-being. I am committed to providing quality, fun, and inspiring academic guidance to your child. I have experience with both one-on-one instruction and classroom instruction, having taught classes at the university level. What I enjoy most about tutoring and mentorship is meeting students where they are at and guiding them to their full potential. My goal as a tutor extends well beyond test scores and classroom grades. My mission is to foster independence, self-discipline, and curiosity in my clients so that they are well- equip to navigate an ever-changing world.
