About Bellamy

Hello! I'm a certified elementary school teacher with 7+ years of experience. I've taught 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade in an Evanston school. I've had many tutoring jobs over the summer throughout my career. I've also taught K-5 classes for Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development. I'm not returning to the classroom this school year, and instead I'm pursuing a career in Elementary Curriculum Development. I've been during freelance curriculum development work for the past 1. 5 years and have written content for museums, eLearning websites, and educational summer programs. Since I'm currently working freelance jobs, I have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. My teaching and curriculum development background provides me with wealth of knowledge on how to engage students and target growth areas. Although I would want my main role to be tutoring, I'd also be open to a role that includes school pick-up/transportation to after-school activities.
