About Becky

I have 10+ years of experience taking care of people. I was blessed to be able to care for my mother-in-law from when she was mostly independent and continued as she declined with dementia until the very end. Sadly, I also had the privilege to solely care for my husband as he declined with liver disease. Although they were family, I learned a lot and found my passion. So, I have worked with people with dementia, organ failure, and eventually hospice care. During my time I helped them with their personal care, bathing/dressing, medications, oxygen (O2 monitoring), mobility issues (walker and wheelchair bound), meals, shopping, doctor appointments, and overall companionship. I truly enjoy spending my time with the elderly. They have so much to offer, and I love being able to help them when they are no longer able to do the things that they used to do for themselves. I am patient, empathetic, trustworthy, compassionate, and firmly believe that they still deserve our respect and dignity.
