Hello! I would like to care for an older person, providing as much support as they need. I am a warm, kind and patient person, with a lot of empathy and understanding. I'm highly skilled, flexible to your needs, and smart. I have experience caring for adults with low mobility and coming out of major surgeries (arthritis, open heart surgery, knee replacement). I worked 1 year at a retirement home with the physiotherapist in the Dementia and Alzheimer's wing. I learned about feeding patients, and have training helping adults with low mobility get out of bed, chairs, get dressed and bathed. I have cared for elders until their passing. I am able to provide company to an aging person, to prepare meals, help with medication management, laundry, light cleaning, light gardening and any other tasks. I can drive to and chaperone medical visits. I can help manage the elder's calendar. I hope to share my joy, hard work, and positive energy!
