Ayesha did not end up working for us but there was an issue in the hiring process. We interviewed Ayesha and offered her a part time position watching our 4 year old. She agreed, but then was sick the first week, which we understood. She then committed to via text to start to start on a day the next week, and then backed out the night before. She then committed to starting a few days later, and backed out the night before again. This caused me to miss work and has cost us valuable time finding a babysitter/nanny who will be able to consistently help us.
