About Austin

Hello! I have plenty experience in healthcare and with animals. I currently work at Roper Saint Francis in the emergency room, and I also worked at MUSC in med surg assisting and sitting with patients for almost a year. In addition to working in health care I am a soon to be nursing student. I pride myself in being a patient advocate and communicating for my patients when they feel as though they don't have a voice or say. I take pride in my work and always strive to be the best me! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, compassionate, and determined. I like caring for seniors because I would want someone as compassionate as I am to take care of my family. I started caring for seniors when I started working at MUSC in 2022 In my spare time, I like to pick up extra shifts at work and spend time with family. One thing you should know about me is that your family member or pet is safe in my hands!
