About Ashlyn

Hi everyone!! My name is Ashlyn and I'm a local to the Flathead Valley. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old when I signed up to volunteer with the kids team at my local church. When I entered high school, I was employed by a local after-school and summer program for kids between 5 and 12, became a mentor for summer camps around Flathead Valley, and became a sitter for several families. In my spare time, I like to do anything outside. I have a high energy pup who loves hiking and being on the lake. If the winter isn't cooperating, I love to read novels, paint and draw, watch movies, and spend time with friends. My skills include - Creating/finding fun activities for kids to do (I do not want them sitting in front of the TV the whole time!) - Teaching/tutoring (whether it be teaching them a simple skill or helping with homework, I believe it's important to be a life-long learner!) - Being responsible and accountable while also being an energetic, fun babysitter!
