Alex is everything we could ask for. She is kind, smart, energetic, loving, and reliable. She takes amazing care of our infant twins and 4 year old without seeming the least bit frazzled or overwhelmed (which is more than I can say for myself!) She is hands-on and very proactive in doing activities with the kids and my house is always cleaner than I left it when I get home. Alex is a true gem.
