Ashley has been working for me for about 6 months. Her availability is always really flexible and her care for my children has been phenomenal. I have two girls, ages 10 months and 3 years. Her two girls come with her to my house and they all get along and play together very well. She doesn't just sit the kids in front of a TV while she plays on her phone, she's very interactive and attentive to the children. She's really become part of the family.. I appreciate her hard work and would hire her a million times again!
