Dani has taken care of my 4 and 2 years old for the last 2 years! We have hired her several times. Sometimes during the day, and sometimes duting the night. My kids loooove her so much, they enjoy when she is around. She listens to the instructions I give her, and follows them to the T. Her experience and knowledge as a teacher also help to have the kids busy and happy! I wouldn't hire anyone else!
