About Ashlee

I have over 20 years of professional experience as well as having two children of my own 15 and 3 years old. I have experience with children with special needs: hearing impairment, blind, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, medically fragile, mental/behavioral challenges etc. Being a parent, I know what I expect for my child, which is the same as I would provide for your child; quality care. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Cardinal Stritch University. With all of my experience and educational background, I can ensure you that your child(ren) will be exposed to stimulating care, that will help there to grow mentally and physically. I'm a strong believer that children through play and I'm very intentional and purposeful with the play your child and I will be involved. I also know how important it is to read to children of all ages, so reading will also be included in our daily activities.
