We cannot recommend Asha enough. Asha watched our son from when he was 4-5 months old till he was about 3 and was ready for pre-school. In the ~2.5 years Asha worked with us, she not only provided excellent care for my younger child, but also on many occasions cared for my (now) 8 year old daughter too. Asha was basically like a family member, and a parent to both our children. She loved/ loves them dearly and provided excellent standards of care, catering for their different ages. She was always on time, and flexible to meet our changing and intense work schedules. My infant/ toddler really thrived in her care and has developed such a deep affection for her, he would wake up chanting her name and go to sleep telling me about all the wonderful things he did with her. Asha was always respectful of our parenting styles, and totally comfortable with the methods we wanted to apply – bottle feeding, mix of purees and baby led weaning, gentle sleep training. We were true partners when it came to the care of our children. When we moved houses, she helped our child build community, she befriended other nannies and their nanny babies and before I knew it, my son had a thriving social circle. She also helped me fill his day with age appropriate activities, and took my son to toddler swim, soccer and music lessons. My kids miss her every day and talk about her all the time. We all deeply love Asha and look forward to having her be a forever part of our family!
