I went back and forth about writing this but I figure this would at least someone else who may end up where we did. We talked with Ash back and forth and found that we liked her and wanted to move on further. We setup a call for an interview in which she gave us the time and was 30 minutes late. We should have taken that as a sign but we decided to meet in person. Ash was super nice and met and held our child. We talked for a couple of hours. I called her back in the next couple of days and said that we would love to have her and she agreed as well. She just couldn't start until after her graduation, we agreed to that as well even though it was a couple weeks out. We talked during that time to make sure all was well. We really needed her help at this time as I was leaving to go out of town for a week and my wife would really need the extra hand. Well the day came and she no called no show. She won't answer any texts or anything. Now we are left with 3 days to figure out what to do. So if you read this Ash, thanks. I hope nobody else has to have a situation like this.
