About Abby

Hi there! My name is Abby, and I'm a junior at the University of Illinois, where I'm studying Elementary Education and working toward my ESL endorsement. With over 5 years of babysitting experience, I have had the privilege of working with children ranging from 7 months to 10 years old. My background also includes several years as a head camp counselor, where I led groups of children ages 4-8 and developed strong communication skills with both kids and parents. In these leadership roles, I managed groups of up to 25 children, fostering a fun and safe environment while building meaningful relationships with my campers. I am CPR and First Aid certified and am happy to pursue any additional certifications or training you may require. I take great pride in providing a nurturing, reliable, and engaging experience for children, ensuring that both the kids and parents feel comfortable and confident in my care.
